You’re ready to visit your local Jacuzzi® hot tub dealer to learn more about purchasing the right hot tub or bathtub for your home, but you may not be sure what questions to ask. It’s understandable that you’d like to be a well-informed consumer and make sure you get the important details sorted out. To help get you started, here are some questions to keep in mind when you make the trip to the dealer:

How long has Jacuzzi been in business?
Does Jacuzzi offer a warranty? If so, what does it cover?

How long has your dealership been in business?
Do you have any customer testimonials or videos you can share with me? What customer service offerings do you provide?

What jets are right for me?
What part of your body do you want to focus on? Which jet configurations are available in each model?

Can I take a wet test?
Do I need to make an appointment? What is involved in a wet test? How long can I stay in the hot tub or bathtub?

What colors are available for the shells and cabinetry?
Do color swatches for the acrylic shell and cabinetry look different online as opposed to in person? Are certain patterns unique to each hot tub?

How much space do I need for delivery?
Can I arrange for a home inspection from an expert prior to making a decision to help determine if I have the needed space?

How intensive is the maintenance?
How much time can I expect to spend cleaning? How often do I have to clean? What cleaning products do you recommend to keep my Jacuzzi® Hot Tub spotless? Do I need to take special steps with the changing seasons?

We hope these questions provided you with some idea of what to ask during your visit to your local dealer. Keep these questions, along with any others you might generate, in mind when searching for your perfect Jacuzzi® Hot Tub.
